Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller are expecting twins in April.
Sheen's mother-in-law Moira Fiore shared the good news with People magazine, adding that the couple thinks the twins are boys, but they're not sure.
The grandma-to-be also revealed that her daughter's pregnancy has been rough.
"Brooke has had all day morning sickness but is coming to the end of the first trimester, so she hopefully will feel better soon," she told People.
The "Two and a Half Men" star already has three daughters -- Cassandra Jade (23) with former girlfriend Paula Profitt, and Sam (4) and Lola Rose (3) with ex-wife Denise Richards.
Apparently, Hollywood is having a twin baby boom: Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony welcomed twins in February, Brangelina added two more babies to their brood in July, and Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell expect a double delivery in January!
