Michelle Williams returned to the red carpet for the first time since Heath Ledger's passing. She looked absolutely stunning as she promoted her new film Wendy and Lucy.

A rep for the movie told People: "It was decided on Monday night that she could come to Cannes, and she got on the next plane to arrive just in time to get dressed and come to our premiere. She came in and had a long nap and then came to the screening."

 

Michelle Williams then stayed in Cannes to promote a second movie she's appearing in, Synedoche, New York. Next she's flying to Boston to continue filming a Martin Scorsese flick.
