Singer Britney Spears is back to court in Los Angeles to argue for the right to see her two babies.
Singer Britney Spears is fighting an order by L.A. Superior Court commissioner Scott Gordon to suspend her rights to visit her two sons - one-year-old Jayden James and two-year-old Sean Preston - and keep them in the custody of her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Britney, wearing bright lipstick, sunglasses and a very short black cocktail dress with a ruffled hem, arrived about 30 minutes later than her ex-husband Mr Federline.
Britney's visitation rights were suspended earlier this month and placed solely with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Britney Spears married Kevin Federline in 2004 and filed for divorce in 2006.
Britney lost access to her sons after police were summoned when she refused to return them earlier this month. During the incident at her home on the night of January 3, Spears locked herself in a room with one of the boys and was later taken to a hospital in an ambulance chased by photographers.
