1-year-old Jayden is back home with his dad, as Kevin Federline took one of his sons from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to his Tarzana home on Friday morning.

His ex-wife Britney Spears was hospitalized for mental evaluation after Britney "locked herself in a room with Jayden," says the source.

Custody of their children, Preston and Jayden, was transferred over to Federline when Spears, 26, was taken out of her home on a gurney and rushed by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai.

Police said Britney Spears was "under the influence of an unknown substance." Brit's pal Sam Lufti told the press earlier, "She's sick, both physically and high anxiety."
