This finally happened. Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline's lawyer officially informed the judge that Spears ran a red light with their two little boys in the car last week.

The sudden move was made after a court hearing today, during which Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, officially informed the judge that Britney endangered her two boys in the car last week.

Spears was caught on video that shows the pop singer running a red light at a Hollywood Hills intersection while driving the children in the back seat.

Britney's driving has taken a bad turn. She has run over people three times in nearly a month, one of whom was a sheriff deputy and two were paparazzi.

K-Fed's camp will also argue about Britney testing positive for illegal drugs. Britney's lawyers are planning on blaming her drug results on ADD.

Federline has temporary custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, because Spears has defied court orders.
