Britney Spears has agreed to let her estranged husband have physical custody of the boys every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon at her home, San Francisco's Daily Dish reports.

Britney Spears will be allowed to be present for her husband's playtime with his kids - but she won't be able to prevent him from seeing the boys, ages 1 and four months, an arrangement filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court specifies.

K-Fed has paid off Britney Spears by granting his permission to take the children to Florida for a week. The pair will decide on custody matters from February and beyond later this month.

 

Meanwhile, clearly obsessed with her newly slim body, Britney Spears recently hit the town on a chilly winter's day in a see-through nightie-style dress and cowboy boots in Santa Monica, California, reports The Sun.

Earlier last month, the twice-married singer was photographed without underwear and bras on numerous occassions. She later apologised to fans for her recent wild partying, calling it her "rocky moment".
