Plump lips, anyone? The bogus plastic surgeon who injected Priscilla Presley and other stars with indstrial silicone has been arrested by immigration officials.

Dr. Daniel Serrano was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents on Wednesday for possible "removal" from the U.S., according to TMZ.

The arrest came just a week after he was released from a previous jail term. Serrano pleaded guilty to conspiracy, smuggling and use of unapproved drugs in 2006 and was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.

Earlier this week it emerged that Priscilla Presley, widow of Elvis Presley, was treated by the unlicensed surgeon, who injected his A-list clients with what has been described as "industrial, low-grade silicone similar to what's used to lubricate auto parts in Argentina."
