Britney Spears has captured the media’s attention with her wild ways, legal battles, lingerie-less shots and skimpy outfits, but she is now receiving attention of a different kind – an art exhibit.

Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbatos have made a Just Britney art exhibit at their Hollywood art gallery.

The exhibit includes paintings, sculptures and other work, like a portrait of the troubled singer made out of chewed bubblegum.

“We reached out to a number of artists and found Britney is such a polarizing character these days,” said Steve Corfe, a manager of the show.

 

“People absolutely adored her and wanted to celebrate her bubblegum, pop princess years. Or, they thought she was an irresponsible mother or wanted to play up the drug side if things. The show reflects the whole spectrum.”

Meanwhile, Spears’ legal battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline continues as he was granted an ex-parte hearing in possible connection with her recent misdemeanor hit and run charges. Federline is seeking primary custody of their two children as he cites concern for the boys’ safety while they are in Spears’ custody.
