To shed some baby weight Britney Spears didn't hire a personal trainer, popped pills or explored a special diet. She just basically cut out on carbohydrate intake and exercised, sources claim.
Britney enjoyed six small meals a day, consist of no fast food but only healthy snacks, like fruit, nuts and low-fat yogurt.
