Britney Spears might not have had a new release in over two years, but the star evidently still has plenty of dosh in the bank.

At the weekend, Britney Spears was spotted blowing $5,000 in just 30 minutes at posh boutique Intuition in Los Angeles.

"She said she was into the black lace gothic look, and that she liked the polka dot headband because it reminded her of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman," a fellow shopper reports.

"She was also having a good look at all the baby clothes, especially the cute little T-shirts," Daily Mirror (UK) reports.

Britney Spears' baby Sean Preston has been named among the world's best-dressed man by the American edition of men's magazine Esquire.
