If you were offered 4 million dollars to pose nude for a reputable men's mag, would you turn it down?

That's what Ashlee Simpson has done. The aspiring singer said "no" to Playboy who offered 4 million dollars to her to pose nude.

The sexy singer, sister of Dukes Of Hazzard star Jessica Simpson, is said to have seriously considered the offer but wasn't ready to go naked.

 

Ashlee Simpson's publicist, Rob Shuter, confirmed she snubbed the opportunity to strip for Playboy, a source said that her friends think it would be a good move to raise her profile.

"This may be the perfect time for her to do it. It could be one way for her to separate her image from Jessica's," a source close to Ashlee told In Touch magazine.

"Ashlee figures she's never looked better, so this may be the perfect time to do it. She feels confident and sexy."
