Katie Holmes and Brooke Shields have obviously received similar Mother's Day gifts - Cartier Love bracelets, and both happily flaunted them same day.

After giving birth in the same hospital on the same day, on the same floor, Katie Holmes and Brooke Shields have more things in common - apart from Tom Cruise, of course.

The mother of Tom Cruise’s child and his target of a much-discussed psychiatry attach were spotted wearing identical Cartier Love bracelets.

Katie Holmes got her bracelet from Tom Cruise bought as a Mother’s Day gift, according to a source. The 18K oval bangle bracelet featuring tiny bolts retails at Cartier for around $3,000.

 

"Katie was spotted wearing the bracelet at her first public appearance since the arrival of Suri at the L.A. ‘Mission: Impossible 3’ premiere," a source tells the MSNBS'Scoop.

"Since then, it appears Katie hasn’t taken Tom’s token of love off her wrist."

We hope Katie Holmes knows the bracelet comes with a tiny screwdriver.

Brooke Shields had Cartier bracelet a little longer, paper reports.
