Tom Cruise has confirmed plans for the wedding ceremony to Katie Holmes are full-speed.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who had their first child, Suri, last week, have been engaged since last year. Tom Cruise proposed to Katie Holmes atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

"That stuff is actually going to happen in the next couple of weeks. We are going to decide where and when and how, really whatever Kate wants, you know,” Tom Cruise confirmed, quoted by Contactmusic.com.

However, two stars have been waiting for their baby to arrive before proceeding with wedding plans.

Tom Cruise also reveals his fiancée will have "cruise-control" of organizing the special day.

"Really whatever Kate wants, you know," Tom Cruise murmured.

Katie Holmes has already picked her wedding dress, TMZ reports. It's a sleek, strapless A-line dress that is form fitted across the waist and falls to the floor.

 

Most of all, Cruise is impatient to be able to call Katie Holmes his wife.

"I can't wait till we get married. I can't wait till I can call and say, 'Hey, you know, put my wife on the phone,'" he said in an interview.
