According to an insider on set, years of wearing high heels while filming Sex and the City have disfigured Sarah Jessica Parker's feet to such an extent they needed a glossy makeover.
"Forcing her feet into stilettos every day has punished Sarah's feet," an indiscreet source claims.
"Unfortunately Sarah Jessica Parker has lots of protruding veins which weren't very nice so we did our best to hide them."
