According to reports Angelina Jolie has only gained 12 pounds.Celebrity Living reports that insiders have learned that the pregnant but still-skinny superstar has been warned by doctors to gain weight.

Being underweight might cause health problems in Angelina Jolie's last three months of pregnancy.
"Angelina's been told by her doctors that although the baby is healthy, she is below the ideal weight for a woman at this stage of pregnancy," says the source.
Angelina Jolie, 30, is said to have weighed 125 pounds at her first prenatal appointment, at seven weeks. At her recent 27-week checkup, she weighed around 137 pounds — a gain of only 12 pounds!
Brad Pitt was urging Angelina Jolie to relax and easen up her jet-setting hectic schedule.
Doctors recommend that underweight pregnant women should gain between 28 and 40 pounds during pregnancy. Without the extra weight, the baby may be born earlier or smaller than expected.
