Brad Pitt, who has been always interested in design, has picked out a jeweler and is set to design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie.

Alberto Repossi, who designed late British royal Diana, Princess Of Wales' engagement ring, has confessed Brad Pitt has commissioned him to create something special for his fiancee-to-be.

"We've received an assignment on behalf of Mr. Pitt for a very special jewel," Repossi told In Touch magazine, without going into details.

Brad Pitt was earlier reported to hit Cartier store in Beverly Hills, while Angelina Jolie shopped at antique jewellers.

Brad Pitt commissioned a pair of matching wedding bands for Italian jewellers Damiani when he wed Jennifer Aniston in 2000. Wedding bands were made of white gold and diamonds and had Jen 2000 and Brad 2000 inscribed on them. Jennifer’s ring was decorated with 20 diamonds and the groom’s ten.
