Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie topped a dubious list of celebrities with the worst skin.

Brad Pitt obviously suffered from acne, as his face is dotted with acne scars, while Angelina Jolie has spots, scars and moles on her face, according to skinema.com which awarded the hottest Hollywood couple a Skinnies Award.

Runners up in the "worst skin" category were Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes for his occasional pimples and her cold sores, closely followed by Brokeback Mountain couple Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams who both have moles and tattoos.

Reese Witherspoon and Scarlett Johannson were praised for "Botox Abstinence".
