Lindsay Lohan revealed she has been hospitalized earlier this year for weight loss.
Teenage star Lindsay Lohan recently confessed she is very scared of losing weight again.
"I was overworking and not thinking of my body," Lindsay said. "I lost 20-25 pounds. I was on IV drips. I nearly died."
Earlier this year, Lindsay Lohan's dramatic weight loss sparked rumors that an eating disorder or drugs may be involved.
At that time the star denied the rumors, saying to People Magazine, "I got a trainer ... Just old-school working out."
Later Lindsay Lohan admitted that she had lost too much weight and that she had serious health problems. Even more, the star was hospitalized near death due to serious weight loss problems.
Speaking of her current image, Lindsay dryly admits there is a huge pressure to stay thin in Hollywood.
"When you lose a lot of weight and then people are telling you, 'You look great!' You (ask), 'So... did I look fat before?'"
Lindsay Lohan has her second album, "A Little More Personal," in stores next month. And she just signed on for "Bobby," a fictionalized film of Robert F. Kennedy's 1968 assassination, where she will star alongside Anthony Hopkins, Sharon Stone, Demi Moore and Elijah Wood.
