Mischa Barton was arrested early this morning on DUI and drug charges. The 21-year-old actress was stopped around 2:46 a.m. in West Hollywood.

Barton was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.

She was released on a $10,000 bail.

The former "The O.C. star joins a long list of other young celebrities to face DUI charges. Paris Hilton was sentenced to jail earlier this year on DUI charges and driving without a valid license. Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie were also convicted of similar charges.
