No, she wasn't! Sienna Miller was stopped by police in New York City, but there's nothing to worry about.

The police officer in question didn't want to arrest the stylish starlet, they wanted their photo taken with Sienna Miller instead.

 

Sienna Miller happily obliged her uniformed fans, giving each one a hug for the cameras, before heading back to the movie set with her coffee and cigarettes.

Sienna Miller is currently filming movie "Interview" alongside Steve Buscemi.
