 The 4th ANNUAL SCARBOROUGH VILLAGE SUMMER FESTIVAL 2009

Scarborough Village Neighborhood Association & YOUnited has partnered w/ ArtReach, Toronto Arts Council, West Hill Community Services, local businesses, residents plus more, to bring you a Fun-filled festival extravaganza to celebrate the wonderful community of Scarborough Village.
Free Halal & Veggie Foods will be provided while supplies last. Loads of family fun & activities like face painting, henna, & kids games will be present. Local vendors will set up market spaces for some local shopping. Service tables for local organizations and agencies will set up to spread their cause.
Black Woman & Child Magazine will be hosting a series of workshops. There will be workshops on T-shirt Design, Food & Nutrition, Event Planning, Performance Arts, and much more. Throughout the day, attendees will be blessed with a slew of performances from local artists & entertainers.
The event will finish off with a main stage performance by Juno Nominated artists Blessed, and Famous, and the electrifying dance crew No Limit. All of this will be happening in one day at one of most vibrant and diverse communities in the city of Toronto!
